Stay Strong does not guarantee that any physical result will be the same for every user. Results depend on individual factors such as consistency, nutrition, lifestyle, starting fitness level and personal conditions. No claim is made regarding weight loss, inches lost, body shape or spot reduction of fat.

After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not necessarily guarantee final acceptance of the order until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if we detect errors, inconsistencies or transaction issues.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, import fees, duties or customs charges in the destination region. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Stay Strong does not store full card details.

Stay Strong is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events of force majeure. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns will not be accepted on the sole basis of unmet expectations about physical results, since results vary between individuals. Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects and items that arrive damaged or incorrect, and requires the product to be returned complete and in its original packaging.
Stay Strong reserves the right to request photo or video evidence before approving any return, replacement or refund.

The customer agrees to use the product following the instructions provided. The TwistPro™ has a maximum capacity of 300 lb (136 kg) and must be used on a flat, stable surface.
Stay Strong is not responsible for damage, discomfort, injury or unwanted outcomes resulting from incorrect, excessive, negligent use, or use contrary to the product instructions. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have knee, back or balance issues, are under treatment or have any doubt about using the product, consult a healthcare professional before use.
